Zappos exec talks culture change at NAFCU’s Annual Conference

Zappos Insights’ Speaker of the House Erica Javellana will educate credit unions on how to develop a strong organizational culture and enact positive change during NAFCU’s 51st Annual Conference & Solutions Expo – June 19-22 in Seattle, Wash.

During Javellana’s keynote on the conference’s final day, she’ll share Zappos’ core values system, the company’s approach to customer service and employee engagement and how credit unions can apply this “Culture of Service” within their own institutions.

Throughout the conference, credit union attendees will hear from more than 50 industry experts during more than 40 sessions in a carefully curated agenda. Each day is focused on a different angle of strategic planning:
