Starting out is hard.

Things may look too complicated.

  • Problems appear everywhere.
  • Confidence evaporates.
  • Self-doubt bubbles up.
  • You feel alone.

The other side of that coin seems better, but isn’t. Things may seem too easy.

  • This can’t lose.
  • The cup of confidence overflows.
  • Doubt? Seriously? Come on, this can’t lose!
  • You don’t solicit feedback on certain issues. And why would you? This. Can’t. Lose.

I have a dirty little secret for you. Starting out isn’t easy? It never gets easy. 

Everyone has that false perception of over-complication or ease at times. There’s one sure cure.

Communicate. Communicate. Communicate.
