Worcester Credit Union names Lisa Perrin as the new President/Chief Executive Officer

WORCESTER, MA (July 30, 2019) — Worcester Credit Union is very excited to announce the hiring of Lisa Perrin as their new President/CEO, placed by O’Rourke and Associates. Ms. Perrin will replace long-term President/CEO, Karen Duffy who will be retiring on August 31, 2019 after over 25 years of dedicated service.

Lisa has been in the financial services industry for almost 30 years. She has spent the last 13 years of her career working in branch locations in Worcester area. She is a strategic and innovative leader with a solid understanding of community bank and credit union operations, policies, and regulations.

She most recently severed as the Senior Vice President, Retail Banking and Mortgage Lending at Leominster Credit Union where she was responsible for leading the direction of the credit union’s retail banking and lending divisions.

She has also served as board member at the St. Vincent Hospital Research Fund, is a member for the Worcester Chamber of Commerce, and continually supports her hometown community as well as the Worcester community by volunteering for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. Lisa resides in Chelmsford, MA.
