DENVER, CO (October 23, 2023) — Westerra Credit Union announces the launch of its Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) product, designed to provide valuable support and assistance to homebuyers. This innovative offering empowers first-time homebuyers, renters, and even move-up buyers to achieve their dreams of homeownership through down payment assistance grants.
