Valley Credit Union is excited to announce the appointment of Steven Foster as its new Chief Marketing Officer. In this key leadership role, Foster will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Valley Credit Union’s mission and growth objectives.

Before joining Valley Credit Union, Foster served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Frontier Credit Union in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the credit union’s marketing approach. During his tenure, he led a highly successful, award-winning rebrand of the 88-year-old institution, revitalizing its image and expanding its presence in the local market.
Foster spearheaded a comprehensive suite of branding campaigns across various media platforms, including print, video, web, and social media, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message. His creative leadership resulted in the development of innovative marketing collateral that effectively communicated Frontier’s values and services, significantly increasing both market awareness and customer engagement.
