United Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce Crystal Hudson and Shannon Schock have been promoted to Branch Manager positions in Indiana. As Branch Managers, Hudson and Schock will be responsible for maintaining the performance of their branches and providing leadership and supervision to their staff.
"Crystal and Shannon have been with United for many years and we are proud to have them taking over the leadership of two of our branches in the Michiana region,” said Jodie Kitchell, United Regional Vice President. “Their knowledge of our products and services, along with the relationships they’ve developed in the last several years with our Members and the community, make them both perfect fits to lead these locations.”
Hudson will lead the team at United’s Toscana Park branch at 7514 Gumwood Rd. in Granger. She brings more than 13 years of customer service and financial experience to her new role. Hudson has been with United since 2019, and most recently was a Member Service Advisor at its Ireland Road branch.
