Ideal Credit Union is pleased to announce Twin Cities Business Magazine has named Ideal Credit Union’s Alisha Johnson a Notable Chief Marketing Officer. Johnson is profiled in the June/July issue of Twin Cities Business Magazine along with other top business leaders.
Alisha Johnson's marketing leadership has played a critical role for the credit union, as it celebrates the 10th anniversary of its rebranding to Ideal Credit Union and the success of its Ideal Life campaign.

The Twin Cities Business Magazine selected top executives responsible for marketing in their organizations to recognize for their industry leadership, innovation and contributions in the community. Johnson’s current role, as chief growth officer, includes leading marketing, business intelligence, contact center, branches and Ideal’s wealth advisors. This includes the recently launched Ideal Digital Assistant (IDA), an AI-powered member services assistant that is leveling up the member experience on the phones and in chat.
