N. CHARLESTON, SC (April 16, 2013) – Three South Carolina credit unions, Health Facilities Federal Credit Union, Greenwood Municipal Federal Credit Union and Spartan Federal Credit Union, were awarded a $50,000 collaboration grant provided by the National Credit Union Administration's (NCUA) Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives (OSCUI).
The collaboration grant will allow these credit unions to work together in developing a talent management system. Optimal Talent Solutions™ was selected to provide services to the three credit unions, including: Succession Planning, Corporate Culture, Human Resource Strategy and Performance and Development resources.
