SPOKANE, WA (May 28, 2013) In honor of Memorial Day, Global launched their 2013 Wear Red campaign Friday May 24, with their partner KXLY, to pay tribute to men and women in the Armed Forces.
Global’s staff will be wearing red every Friday through September 11 to support American troops fighting for our freedoms.
Throughout this three month campaign, Global is raising money for local military organizations in each region they serve. They are handing out red wristbands, selling Wear Red t-shirts and accepting donations to raise money for these local organizations.
With deep roots to the military, Global is greatly invested in honoring and giving back to the United States servicemen and servicewomen who defend our country and protect our independence.
