The Summit Federal Credit Union a sponsor of the Syracuse Crunch

ROCHESTER, NY (July 30, 2024) — From supporting small not-for-profits to larger organizations, The Summit Federal Credit Union plays a key role in community engagement throughout their footprint. The credit union is delighted to announce that they will be a sponsor of the Syracuse Crunch and their 2024-2025 season.

The partnership was launched this past weekend with the Street Crunch Celebrity Game held on Montgomery Street, outside the Upstate Medical University Arena – the Crunch’s home rink. This family event featured local media personalities and was attended by over 3,000 people.

In addition, The Summit has unveiled a special Visa™ Debit Card sporting the Crunch logo so that fans can proudly show their team spirit each time they make a purchase.

“We’re excited to offer fans another opportunity to further display their Crunch fandom with this exclusive branded Debit Card through The Summit Federal Credit Union,” said Syracuse Crunch Owner Howard Dolgon. “Like the Crunch, The Summit is a local organization committed to supporting the Central New York community and we look forward to this new partnership.”

The 2023-2024 season was an incredible one for the Crunch, who advanced to the North Division Finals. The team is the primary development affiliate of the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning.
