Hanscom Federal Credit Union announces that Teresa S. Conrad was recently elected chairperson of its board of directors at the credit union’s annual meeting. She succeeds John A. Delcore, who will remain on the board.
A member of the Hanscom FCU board since 1999, Conrad had served as vice chairperson since 2021. She also held the position of chairperson of the Hanscom FCU Charitable Foundation, beginning in 2022.
“We are extremely grateful to Teresa for her dedicated service to Hanscom FCU as a member of our board of directors, which spans 25 years and includes terms as secretary of the board and chairperson of the Regulatory/Political Action and Volunteer Recruitment committees,” said Peter Rice, president and CEO of Hanscom Federal Credit Union. “We look forward to having the benefit of her leadership of the board as its chairperson.”

As I assume the role of chairperson, I am confident that Hanscom FCU will achieve continued success in the years ahead.”
Conrad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western New England College and a Master’s degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College. She retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Civilian Program Manager in 2019.
