TDECU Talent Development Manager Michell Azbell Earns New Certification

(LAKE JACKSON, TX) — TDECU Talent Development Manager Michell Azbell has earned a new certification in Professional and Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute. Azbell met the certification requirements due to her length of experience in the human resources industry, as well as by passing a comprehensive exam, which covered various topics including compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, risk management and workforce planning.

The certification will support Azbell in her role of serving as a strategic HR business partner within TDECU, responsible for providing her expertise in full-cycle talent support services such as attracting, developing, engaging and retaining top talent. This expertise will help deliver enriched, strategy-aligned talent support programs that improve the lives of TDECU’s employees and position the credit union competitively in the talent market.
