SWBC Investment Services partners with Credit Union of Texas

SWBC Investment Services is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Credit Union of Texas (CUTX) to oversee the development and management of its investment program. Based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, CUTX has over $1.4 billion in assets and serves more than 142,000 members across the country.

“We are excited to partner with CUTX and help round out their member services,” said Norbert Fabre, Senior Vice President of Business Development for SWBC Investment Services. “We look forward to playing an integral role in CUTX’s growth.”

“With SWBC Investment Services now available through CUTX, our members will have a full slate of investment options available to them, including access to their own financial advisor,” said CUTX President and CEO Eric Pointer. “Supplementing our traditional savings offerings of IRAs and CDs, this is another means by which we can help our members reach their financial goals.”

With this partnership comes the addition of SWBC’s newest Financial Advisor, Alejandro Sierra. He will work to ensure his clients’ financial plans align with their expectations and goals. Sierra’s role is to offer CUTX’s members access to a full range of investments, securities, insurance, asset management, financial & estate planning, and fixed income solutions, including IRAs, 529 College Savings Plans, Common and Preferred Stocks, Mutual Funds, Long-term Care & Disability, Advisory Services, and Retirement and College Planning.

Sierra has 17 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining SWBC earlier this year, he spent eight years with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. Sierra attended Swarthmore College and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66.
