CFE Federal Credit Union is proud to announce and welcome the addition of Susan Sherman as Principal Relationship Manager for the organization’s Real Estate Lending department.
In her new role, Sherman will be responsible for driving sales of CFE’s mortgage products within the Central Florida community. She comes to CFE with many years of experience in the mortgage industry, and is skilled in conventional mortgage products, construction loans, community banking, sales, and credit analysis.
Sherman received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Leo University. She has volunteered on several boards in Seminole County, including AdventHealth Central Florida, Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Seminole County Public Schools, Seminole State College Dream Gala, Leadership Seminole, and more. Through her robust network of realtors, influencers, and community leaders, Sherman will work to enhance CFE’s loan volume and increase the credit union’s exposure.
As Principal Relationship Manager, Sherman will be responsible for increasing the credit union’s visibility during a time of transition for the organization. On May 1, the Lake Mary-based credit union will change its name to Addition Financial. This name change is intended to help CFE expand throughout the region and make the credit union a more inclusive place to do business.
