Lindsey Skinfill has been promoted to chief people officer at Numerica Credit Union. Skinfill has played a vital role in shaping Numerica’s workplace culture, talent development, and employee experience. In her new role, she will continue her mission of fostering an engaged, high-performing team while ensuring that Numerica’s people strategies align with business initiatives.
Skinfill previously served as Numerica’s senior vice president of organizational people potential. In over a decade at Numerica, she has worked her way through every aspect of Numerica’s HR team. Her deep understanding of organizational development has been instrumental in enhancing the employee experience and strengthening Numerica’s workplace culture.
