SimplyFocused, the opportunity software for credit unions, has announced SimpleLook, a new tool in its suite of growth-driving applications.
SimplyFocused is a platform that gives credit unions visibility into their members’ needs and into their teams’ activities. The software allows credit unions to track the path of interested members through data forms on their websites. The software allows respondents to be assigned to the appropriate people within the credit union and as their needs are met, each step and action is tracked so leaders can understand the activity of their growth teams, member experience teams, and more.
SimpleLook, a new tool, creates a soft credit pull for members so credit unions can see a member’s credit bureau trade lines. This benefits credit unions because it allows them to form a plan before contacting a member, allowing credit unions to understand a member’s financial profile so they can potentially help them lower payments or get a better rate.

Since using SimpleLoan, Community Choice says they have seen a 125% increase in funded loans via outbound sales since November.
