Sherry Rapp Named Dover Federal’s Employee of the Quarter

DOVER, DE (August 16, 2013) — Dover Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that Sherry Rapp has earned the distinction of Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2013.

Ms. Rapp has consistently proven to be forward thinking in her approach to her work, and to be willing to take the initiative in implementing changes that benefit the Credit Union. She actively seeks out ways in which Dover Federal’s operations can be improved and its members’ needs better served. Ms. Rapp has been an invaluable resource in her work of researching and presenting options to the New Loan Committee. In addition, as lead trainer with her branch, Ms. Rapp plays a vital role in educating new employees and in preparing them to provide the first-rate member service that sets Dover Federal apart from other financial institutions.
