INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Bradford-Scott Data Corporation, an owner/distributor of the Sharetec System, hosted the Upper Michigan User Conference with great success.
“In this economy, it’s not affordable for some credit unions to attend our national conference with travel budgets being cut, so we found a way to deliver the content to them right there in Michigan”, remarks Matt Isger, Regional Director of Bradford-Scott. “That area of Michigan has seen steady growth for Bradford-Scott over the past 6 years. “
The 2012 UP Users Conference took place during the week of November 12th and had over 12 Michigan customers attending. Now the third year this event has been held, it is an excellent opportunity for credit union staff to be trained on the system, network with other Michigan customers and learn about future solutions to help them grow their credit union.
“Our UP Michigan training was very educational. Our trainers were very enthusiastic and had an in-depth understanding of the product, which made it fun and relevant to what we need“, says Marilyn Harden, CEO at Baraga County Federal Credit Union in L’Anse, MI.
Regional training was presented to Sharetec’s UP customers, offering them an opportunity to participate in workshops from a collection of hands-on labs focusing on the best ways to use the system. Jason Pesetski, Trainer and Support Representative for Bradford-Scott, remarks, “UP has a great sense of community and it’s always a joy to visit such a tight knit community of credit unions.”
