ServU Credit Union in Painted Post, New York announced the promotion of two current staff members and the hiring of a new staff member for leadership positions. These appointments include new roles in the organization in the Lending, Human Resources and Digital Channel departments.
Courtney Woods has been hired as the Vice President of Lending. Woods comes to ServU Credit Union after spending nearly 13 years in the credit union industry. She started out as a teller/member service representative before moving into the Lending and Real Estate Departments, and most recently the Business Lending Manager. Woods volunteers for several community groups such as: Elmira Downtown Development, Corning’s Gaffer District, Corning Intown District Management Association, Chemung County Chamber and Schuyler County Partnership for Economic Development. Kathy Dilmore has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources. Dilmore has been in the credit union industry for 24 years with the last six years at ServU Credit Union. She has previously held roles in Marketing, Business Development and Operations. Dilmore is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds her SHRM-CP certification.
Jocelyn Brooks has been appointed as the Assistant Vice President of Digital Experience. Brooks will lead the credit union’s Digital Banking areas as well as the Contact Center and will assist with the development and implementation of the credit unions digital strategy. Brooks started her career with ServU in 2017 when she was hired as a teller in the Painted Post branch. Since then, she has held several roles in the credit union in the Electronic Services and Digital Banking departments.
