SELCO Community Credit Union has promoted Josh Lusby and Caleb Pickering to new roles within SELCO Investment & Retirement Services, available through CUSO Financial Services, LP (CFS)*. Lusby is now a CFS Wealth Advisor, while Pickering was moved up to CFS Financial Advisor. Lusby will operate out of SELCO's Gateway Branch in Springfield, while Pickering is stationed at SELCO’s Santa Clara Branch in Eugene.
A native of Tillamook, Oregon, Lusby has worked for SELCO since 2007 and has delivered financial planning services to clients as a CFS Financial Advisor with SELCO Investment & Retirement Services since 2015. In 2019, he completed the CFP® Board Examination and obtained his Certified Financial Planner™ certification. In his free time, Lusby enjoys playing basketball and golf and is a fitness enthusiast.

Born and raised in Eugene, Pickering graduated from the University of Oregon in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Since graduation, he has been on the fast track to becoming a financial advisor, joining SELCO Investment & Retirement Services in 2022 as an Investment Consultant, moving up to Financial Consultant in 2024, and now settling in as Financial Advisor. Outside of work, Pickering enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and catching the occasional Oregon Ducks football or basketball game.
