ORNL Federal Credit Union opened the doors to its recently renovated Alcoa branch in Alcoa, Tennessee on December 8, 2022 with a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of this renovation. Design Collaborative and Structure First are thrilled with the renovations at this branch opening and are excited to be working on two other ORNL projects currently.
The existing retail branch of over 4,000 SF went through a complete renovation and includes new relocated individual teller pods, multiple private offices, a glass walled conference rooms, new exterior and interior finishes, and a new lobby design to better serve members for today’s banking needs. The new branch lobby has been opened up to improve the flow for members, as well as include a new hospitality area for members and guest waiting.
