REV announces organizational and leadership changes as next phase of its mission: Growth with Purpose Vision 2030

SUMMERVILLE, SC (April 11, 2025) |

REV has revealed strategic changes to its organizational structure coinciding with the promotion of two vice presidents, aligning with its focus on enhancing operational efficiency, continuous improvements in member experience, and delivery of its long-term objectives. Growth with Purpose Vision 2030 is the organization’s ambitious five-year forecast, steering its strategic trajectory toward sustainable growth and purpose-driven banking.

“REV continues to evolve in an effort to meet the dynamic needs of our members as we strive to execute on our strategy of defining what it means to bank with purpose,” said Jason Lee, President and CEO of REV. “Over the past five years, REV has invested in technology, attracted and retained talent, enhanced the product suite, expanded into new markets, built a brand, and launched a new strategic vision. With these efforts complete, the next phase of our strategic journey involves the restructuring of our organization to propel REV into its next phase of evolution.” Lee added, “If we aspire to reach multi-billion in assets, we must operate as a multi-billion financial institution.”

The revised organizational chart introduces Regional Vice Presidents to drive REV’s strategic vision and reinforce regional operations and sales teams. The restructure provides more agile internal support, empowering local growth strategies and strengthening the brand's presence as REV expands to new markets.

"We are building upon the efficiencies and growth achieved over the past several years. We want to be more intentional and efficient, to be more effective in communication and collaboration across departments and teams, and create greater alignment to realize our growth goals,” Lee said. “Given the critical nature of these initiatives, it is important to have the right leaders in place to support our vision and strategic plans.”

In line with this, Paul McManus, Director of Organizational Development, has been promoted to Vice President of Organizational Development, and Russell Rose, Director of Business Solutions, has been promoted to Vice President of Commercial Banking. Vice Presidents McManus and Rose will report to Chief Operating Officer Tara Smith, signaling REV's commitment to building a strong leadership team that will guide REV into its next phase of growth.

"I am delighted to welcome Paul and Russell to REV's strategic management team, marking the beginning of a series of changes aimed at further integrating and aligning our organization," Smith said. "Their leadership will be pivotal in our ongoing efforts to strengthen core functions, improve the quality and timeliness of vision-critical products and services for our members, and drive operational performance essential to our strategic vision.”

Additional changes to the organization chart include realigning teams and departments to streamline workflows, creating opportunities for internal advancement as talent is nurtured and developed, and identifying new roles to meet current and future needs. As part of this, the organization will also add Senior Vice President-level roles to the leadership suite.
