Reliant Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Democrat and Chronicle for the eighth year in a row. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
This year, Reliant also received a specialty award related to benefits. Of all participating companies in the market, Reliant had the highest employee rating for "My benefits package is good compared to others in this industry."
“At Reliant, we strive to create an environment where our employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to make a difference every day,” said Pamela Heald, President & CEO of Reliant. “Being named a Top Workplace for the eighth year in a row reflects the passion and commitment our team brings to serving our members and each other. Receiving the special benefits award is a true testament to the dedication of our Board of Directors, whose commitment to maintaining a strong, competitive benefits package ensures our employees feel appreciated and empowered.”
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
