Redwood Credit Union (RCU) has hired Lovica Lal as branch experience manager of its San Rafael branch. In her new role, Lal is responsible for community and business development efforts, as well as overseeing member service, staff, and branch operations.
Prior to joining RCU, Lal held jobs as branch manager at Community First Credit Union in Novato, branch manager at Bank of America in San Francisco, and private client banker at JP Morgan Chase in Manhattan, New York.
“Lovica lives in Marin and understands the people and the businesses that make up this community,” said Andy Ramos, senior vice president of member engagement. “She knows how to deliver excellent service to our members and how to empower her employees to do the same.”
Lal has Series 6 & 63 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is a graduate of the Novato Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership 2020 class. She volunteers with the Marin Humane Society as a senior dog pet pal two times a week, and for the American Heart Association and the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank, too.
