Radiant Credit Union and First Coast Community Credit Union announce merger  to expand member services and strengthen community ties

Radiant Credit Union and First Coast Community Credit Union are  pleased to announce their plans to merge, bringing together two strong, community-focused financial  institutions to provide enhanced services and expanded resources to members across North Central  Florida. The merger is anticipating receiving membership and regulatory approval by December 2025. 

Headquartered in Gainesville, Radiant Credit Union has long been committed to empowering members  with innovative financial products and personalized service. First Coast Community Credit Union, based  in Palatka, has built its reputation on its deep-rooted member relationships and community connections  that include their humble beginnings from the Hudson Pulp & Paper Mill, Putnam County Teachers  Credit Union and Putnam County Federal Credit Union, now all combined into First Coast Community  Credit Union. By joining forces, the combined organization will continue to uphold the values of both  credit unions while offering increased access to financial solutions, branch locations, and technology driven banking services.

The integration of First Coast Community Credit Union into Radiant Credit Union will ensure a seamless  transition for our combined membership, with continued access to their trusted financial services and  the addition of new benefits, such as enhanced digital banking tools and a broader branch network.
