PaCUSC announces Beaver Valley FCU as a new participant

Pennsylvania Credit Union Service Centers, Inc., is pleased to announce that Beaver Valley FCU has joined its shared branching network. Shared branching is a nationwide network of credit unions that work together to allow members of one participating credit union to make select transactions in the branch of another participating credit union.

Beaver Valley FCU, located in Beaver County, Pennsylvania has joined as an issuer (a credit union that allows its members to perform transactions at CO-OP Shared Branch locations).

According to Aaron Kniess, President/CEO at Beaver Valley FCU, “While only having two locations, we wanted to serve our members where and when they needed.  Shared Branching enables us to do that.”

“We are very excited to have Beaver Valley join our shared branching network,” said PaCUSC’ s Shared Branch Coordinator, Monika Edlis. “Shared Branching is a cooperative effort, unique to credit unions and their philosophy.”

PaCUSC has provided credit unions access to the national shared branching network since 1994 through their partnership with the largest network provider, CO-OP Shared Branch. The CO-OP Shared Branch network has more than 5,700 Shared Branch locations nationwide.  For more information about PaCUSC, visit www.crossstate.org.
