OnPath Credit Union is excited to welcome two seasoned financial leaders to its executive team. Jared Dryer has been appointed as the new Chief Lending Officer, and Ben Donald joins as the Senior Vice President of Retail. Both bring a wealth of experience and strategic vision that will help propel OnPath’s continued growth and commitment to serving its members.
Jared Dryer – Chief Lending Officer
“We are thrilled to welcome Jared Dryer to the OnPath team,” said Jared Freeman, CEO of OnPath Credit Union. “With his deep expertise in lending and strategic leadership, we are confident that Jared will play a key role in helping us expand our lending programs and further strengthen our member relationships.”
Jared brings over 23 years of experience in financial services, most recently serving on the executive team of the $2.2 billion Westerra Credit Union in Colorado. During his time at Westerra, he held leadership roles in consumer and centralized deposit growth. His career also includes key positions at Bellco Credit Union, Wells Fargo, and Centennial Mortgage. Jared holds an MBA from Amberton University and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Point Loma Nazarene University.

Ben Donald – Senior Vice President of Retail
OnPath Credit Union is also excited to welcome Ben Donald as its new Senior Vice President of Retail. With a career built on fostering strong member relationships and delivering financial solutions that matter, Donald is bringing fresh energy and vision to OnPath’s retail operations.

Ben brings over a decade of experience in financial services, specializing in branch operations, sales growth, and member experience. Prior to joining OnPath, he served on the executive team at Keesler Credit Union, a $4.2 billion institution, where he led branch operations and regional management.
