On The Mark Strategies helps Louisiana League design new brand

Professional guidance led to unveiling of “Luminate” at annual convention

On The Mark Strategies (OTMS) recently attended the Louisiana Credit Union League’s Annual Convention, where the organization unveiled “Luminate – Louisiana Credit Unions” as its new name. This reveal follows a comprehensive branding and naming process guided by On The Mark Strategies. The new brand carries on the League’s 90-year legacy of service. 

Luminate – our new brand – signifies our commitment to our credit unions and demonstrates that each and every day, we work hard to create the best league in the country,” Luminate President Juan Fernandez said. “We are working hard to innovate and create the products and services of tomorrow.” 

Luminate leaders celebrated the new brand with streamers, balloons and a marching band. They also displayed a video introducing the new brand. OTMS CEO Mark Arnold spoke shortly afterwards to introduce the convention’s second keynote speaker. Arnold also led a separate breakout session about putting sales at the heart of service. 

“Congratulations to Luminate on its new name and brand. It was exciting to work with the whole team on this crucial project as they celebrate 90 years of leaving no credit union behind,” Arnold said. “On The Mark Strategies is honored to have played a role in Luminate’s story. We’re confident they have a bright future as a guiding light for Louisiana credit unions.” 

On The Mark Strategies performs multiple branding projects each year. Branding efforts are led by OTMS Brand Director Jim Foley and supported by multiple members of the 14-person team.
