North Island Credit Union Elected Todd Bulich to Board of Directors

SAN DIEGO, CA (April 10, 2012) — At the North Island Credit Union’s Annual Meeting on April 2, 2013, new Board member, Todd Bulich, was elected to the Board of Directors.

Todd Bulich is principal and founder of Todd Bulich Real Estate Company, Inc., formed to represent tenants and buyers of commercial property in San Diego. Todd has a thorough understanding of acquisitions, development, and construction of buildings from both a legal and brokerage perspective. Todd is also a professor of commercial law as an adjunct at California Western School of Law in San Diego and was a practicing attorney for 10 years.

In addition to being both a lawyer and broker, Todd has completed all of the basic coursework to obtain his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, the commercial real estate equivalent of being a CPA in accounting. His knowledge of that segment of the economy—both legal and financial—is a significant asset which Todd will provide to the credit union Board.
