New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) has announced plans to create a new corporate office at 88 Technology Park Way in South Burlington, Vermont. Occupancy is expected by the end of the year. The core and shell of the acquired building is constructed to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) GOLD standards and NEFCU is making additional investments in LEED design for the construction of the interior space.
According to NEFCU’s President and CEO John J. Dwyer, Jr., “The new, larger building will allow us to consolidate staff and resources currently residing in two separate locations. The new office, which is close to our Main Branch at 141 Harvest Lane in Williston, will increase our operating efficiency and offers excellent potential for growth as well.”
Members will experience no change in operations and services at the NEFCU Main Branch at 141 Harvest Lane in Williston.
