Neighborhood Credit Union awards LEVEL5 new branch project

DALLAS, TX (October 21, 2014) — LEVEL5 is pleased to announce an agreement to plan, design and build a new community branch for Neighborhood Credit Union at a location to be determined. The project is expected to be completed late 2015/early 2016.

“Neighborhood Credit Union is committed to serving local communities around the greater Dallas area which is evidenced by our growing branch footprint” said James Frankeberger, CFO of Neighborhood Credit Union. “While we’re committed to providing high quality digital channels for our members to conduct their financial business remotely, we haven’t overlooked the appeal of doing business face-to-face with a handshake.”

The Credit Union initially partnered with LEVEL5 in 2009 to help develop and implement a retail growth strategy. After five years and numerous branch projects, the Credit Union has again tapped LEVEL5 to update the retail growth strategy followed by the design and construction of a new Neighborhood Credit Union branch office.

“We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Neighborhood Credit Union on another exciting project.” said Jeff Ensweiler, Vice President of LEVEL5. “The Credit Union does a great job enhancing the communities and neighborhoods that they serve with a refreshing and progressive approach to providing financial services.”

The new branch will utilize an open floor plan concept to allow for better member interaction and engagement. The concept has been well received in other communities Neighborhood Credit Union serves such as Coppell, Grand Prairie, Arlington, North Dallas, Duncanville, Lancaster, Waxahachie, Richardson and Oak Cliff.
