Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Tina Carman to Human Resources Manager. Tina joined Nassau Financial 19 years ago as a file clerk and shortly thereafter moved into Human Resources as a Specialist. Since then, she has continually made contributions to advance Nassau Financial.
“Tina was certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2016,” said John T. DeCelle, President and CEO of Nassau Financial. “This accreditation is based upon SHRM’s rigorously-validated competency model that not only advanced Tina’s education and knowledge of human resources, it also is helping to bring Nassau Financial to the next level as we grow and prosper,” said DeCelle.
