NAFCU: ‘Making History’ With Mobile App for its 46th Annual Conference and Solutions Expo
WASHINGTON, DC (June 27, 2013) The National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) announced its mobile app for its 46th Annual Conference and Solutions Expo is now available. The app offers attendees the latest conference happenings and information in real-time. The conference takes place July 9-13 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.
Anyone with access to the internet can download the free app at http://eventmobi.com/NAFCUAnnual/#!/.
“This mobile app allows attendees to make the most of their conference experience while in Boston,” said Lisa Cox, NAFCU director of events and education. “It puts all the conference information at the attendee’s finger tips. They can build their schedule, map their way through the Solutions Expo, and engage with other attendees with the attendee chat feature.”
The app provides access to a wealth of information on the conference, including program details, presentation handouts, presenter bios, exhibitor information and more. The app also contains a mapping feature that allows for easy navigation to sessions and exhibitors, up-to-the-minute alerts and helpful program reminders throughout the week.
Prior to the conference, attendees can create a profile so others can connect with them before, during and after the conference through the mobile app. They can also create a personal agenda to plan out the sessions they are interested in attending.
