Midland native Carlos Diaz named assistant Vice President at Heritage USA Federal Credit Union

Alan Rowe, President & CEO of Heritage USA Federal Credit Union, has announced that loan officer Carlos Diaz has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.  Mr. Diaz has been in banking and finance for 10 years and has served as a Loan Officer for 7 years.  He was born and raised in Midland, Texas and graduated from Midland High School.

Carlos Gambos Diaz is married to Julie Diaz, with 2 children, Karli Jo (2) and Mia Juelz (7).  As much as he loves his duties serving members with the credit union, he says the greatest title he has ever held is ‘Daddy’.  He is a big family man who stays active in sports.  His father hails from San Andres, Peru and his mother from San Vicente, Mexico.

Heritage USA Federal Credit Union began in 1949 as the Permian Telco Credit Union, and now provides banking services to anyone in Midland or Ector counties with offices and ATMs in Midland and Odessa.  It is also a member of the Permian Basin Chapter of Credit Unions’ ATM Alliance, and the Co-op ATM Network, the largest credit union-owned ATM network in the country, which provides free access to approximately 30,000 ATMs across the United States.  Heritage is celebrating 70 years of service to the community in 2019.
