Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) Announces Three New Call Center Managers

EAST LANSING, MI (July 9, 2013) Patrick McPharlin, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MSU Federal Credit Union, is proud to announce the promotions of Brad Gakenheimer, Te’sah M. Hemphill, and Sarah Vandenboss to MSUFCU Call Center Managers. All three individuals have successfully completed MSUFCU’s extensive Management Development Program.

McPharlin commented, “As our membership grows, the call volume in MSUFCU’s Call Center continues to experience consistent growth as well. The promotions of these three managers allows the Credit Union to continue to serve our members’ needs in a timely manner while providing superior service over the phone.”

Brad Gakenheimer has worked at MSUFCU since March 2011, and was previously an eServices Specialist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a specialization in sales communication from Michigan State University.

Te’sah M. Hemphill has been with MSUFCU since July of 2012 after being hired directly into the Credit Union’s Management Development Program. She received a bachelor’s degree in science and business administration from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s degree in science administration from Central Michigan University.

Sarah Vandenboss has worked at MSUFCU since April 2011, and was previously an Assistant Manager at MSUFCU’s Marsh Branch. She is currently studying business management at Lansing Community College.
