“Our Annual Charity Golf Classic is not just a day on the green; it is a chance for our  community to come together and significantly impact the lives of those in need across  central Pennsylvania. It reinforces our commitment to the credit union 'people helping  people' philosophy, which is at the core of everything we do for our members,  associates and communities,” said Michael Wilson, Members 1st President & CEO. “We  are proud to support the important work of our Members 1st Charitable Foundation,  Midwest Food Bank, The Salvation Army – Harrisburg and Veterans Outreach of PA. Together, we are creating meaningful change within our communities.”

Following the outing, representatives from each beneficiary attended a luncheon and  check presentation. Each beneficiary who received funds works tirelessly to help  communities across central Pennsylvania. The Members 1st Charitable Foundation  supports local, grassroots organizations through grants to make them stronger,  healthier and more financially sound. Midwest Food Bank aims to ease hunger and  malnutrition and provide disaster relief.
