Members 1st Federal Credit Union announced Thursday the promotion of long-time associate, Erin Hermany, to Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending Operations. Hermany has been with the credit union since 2004, starting out as a Loan Officer Team Leader and rising to various positions including Indirect Lending Operations Manager, Assistant Vice President of Indirect Lending Operations, Vice President of Indirect Lending Operations, Vice President of Consumer Lending and most recently Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending and Payment Operations.
As Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending and Payment Operations, Hermany oversaw the Members 1st Auto Loan and Card Operations teams. In her new role, she will also lead Home Equity and Mortgage Operations. Hermany's strategic vision and leadership will drive growth and improve efficiency across all lending operations facets.
