The wait is finally over—Magnolia Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the launch of their brand new credit union website design, proudly built by BloomCU. The makeover and enhanced technology will offer a unique user experience for Magnolia FCU’s members.
Early design conversations illustrated the need to create a website that was at the forefront of members' minds. With lines stretching out the door on high-volume days such as payday, Magnolia FCU needed a convenient and efficient way to handle the basic financial services members demanded. BloomCU was able to create a digital branch that now allows members to easily set up direct deposit, deposit checks on the fly, and transfer funds between accounts or manage online bill pay from the comfort of their home.
While working with Magnolia FCU, Ryan Harmon, Creative Director of BloomCU discovered the need for creating an educational platform on the website that helps address the financial health of members throughout the community. “They want to use the website as an educational tool,” said Harmon. “To help people get loan terms that are better for them and educate them on better money habits.”
The new credit union website design is an elegant and refreshing upgrade compared to their previous site, and is packed with technology that provides members with a convenient platform to manage their finances from any device. Included in the site is a natural language quiz bot, and BloomCU’s personalization software called Persona. With Persona, website visitors are given a personalized experience based on previous website visits and implied preferences.
