COLLEYVILLE, TX (March 21, 2022) — Madison Advisors—Madison Advisors today announced its senior analyst, Richard Huff, will be sharing the results of the firm’s recent study on interactive personalized video (IPV) and its impact on an organization’s customer communications management (CCM) strategy at DOCUMENT Strategy Forum (DSF) ’22. The event is being held April 4-6 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago in Rosemont, Illinois.

Huff’s presentation, “Improving the Customer Experience with Interactive Personalized Video,” scheduled for Monday, April 4 at 11:10 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. CDT, will cover trends driving the enhancement of customer communications with IPV, criteria for assessing IPV systems available and a market overview of vendors offering IPV solutions that participated in the study. Additionally, Huff will share two real-life case studies that cover how financial services and healthcare companies using IPV to generate customer communications have seen measurable benefits in customer adoption of new offerings, greater enrollment in financial systems and a reduction in call center volumes during peak periods, such as open enrollment and quarter-end.

Huff has extensive experience in managing market and product research to offer strategic advice on best practices and technology recommendations for organizations of all sizes. His experience includes assisting clients with enterprise document strategies, product selection and market initiatives.
