Milestone for 24/7 lending and member service center -
ELGIN, IL (April 17, 2013) – Lending Solutions, Inc. (LSI) is excited to announce that it has processed its 5 millionth loan application. The milestone application was taken on behalf of longtime client Wichita Federal Credit Union on April 15, 2013. The credit union has partnered with LSI since 2007 for loan-by-phone, online lending, indirect underwriting, and collections support.
Lending Solutions started processing loan applications over the phone for credit unions in 1995, and has since added channels and services including online lending, indirect underwriting, mortgage operations, collections outsourcing, outbound services, disaster recovery solutions, and complete member service transactions. In 2012, the company opened its second contact center – a 20,000 square foot facility in Naperville, IL. Between the two offices, the company now employs over 420 associates and has capacity to facilitate growth in the years ahead.
