Labor Community Foundation welcomes Christopher Lorence as Executive Director

WASHINGTON, DC (October 21, 2024) — The Labor Community Foundation (LCF) is thrilled to introduce Christopher Lorence as its new Executive Director. Lorence, a nationally recognized leader in financial services with over two decades of executive experience, will guide
the Foundation’s mission of advancing Financial Awareness, Career Preparation, and Community Engagement.

Christopher Lorence brings a wealth of expertise in marketing, brand development, and strategic communications. With a proven track record of driving results and enhancing brand awareness, Lorence has built a reputation for
his creativity, resilience, and leadership. His dynamic and authentic approach aligns seamlessly with the Foundation’s values and goals.

“I am excited to join the Labor Community Foundation and continue to expand on the people helping people objective of both the credit union and Foundation,” said Lorence. “I look forward to working alongside the talented team, community partners, and volunteers who want to bring financial awareness and job preparedness to young people in the community.

Lorence’s extensive background includes spearheading initiatives that have significantly boosted credit union brand visibility nationwide, making him a perfect fit to lead the Foundation’s efforts. Outside of his professional life, Christopher enjoys baking, tending to animals on his farm, and volunteering with local organizations in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
