Kimberly M. Mandola joins MIT Federal Credit Union as Vice President, Member Services

New appointment brings customer focus, industry experience to 75 year old financial institution

CAMBRIDGE, MA (February 9, 2015) -- MIT Federal Credit Union President/CEO Brian W. Ducharme is pleased to announce Kimberly (Kim) M. Mandola has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Member Servies. In this executive management role, Ms. Mandola will set strategy, drive execution and measure effectiveness through member service points of contact. She will oversee the credit union’s branch offices, call center as well as BSA and related compliance responsibilities.

“Kim brings a strong combination of sales, coaching and leadership to the organization. Her knowledge and experience in developing and implementing consumer need-based programs is a great fit,” said Ducharme. “Kim will undoubtedly make a positive impact and contribution, in the near future and longer term as our organization continues to grow in both a competitive industry and geographic region. We are excited to have her join the MIT FCU team.”

Ms. Mandola joins MIT Federal Credit Union from Santander Bank, as District Executive II, Vice President overseeing 16 Metrowest branches in Massachusetts. Prior to that at Santander, Ms. Mandola oversaw the implementation of a retail network sales process initative and served as a sale performance consultant. Additional financial services experience was gained with Capital One Bank, JP Morgan Chase and Prudential Securities. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University and is a member of the Metrowest Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Mandola and her family currently reside in Arlington, MA.
