Ken Blevins has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer at KEMBA Financial Credit Union, a $1.7 billion credit union, serving more than 115,000 members, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio

COLUMBUS, OH (January 7, 2021) — As a 30-year technology industry veteran, Blevins began his career at KEMBA more than three years ago. His breadth of knowledge was recognized quickly, and he soon assumed the role of Vice President of Technology.

“Ken has been instrumental in growing the Credit Union,” said Mark Decello, KEMBA’s president and CEO. “Under his leadership, our technology platform and information security has seen vast enhancements. With Ken’s direction, I’m confident we’ll continue to see the technology upgrades needed to serve our members and associates, as well as ensure we continue to operate safely and securely.”

In his new role, Blevins will continue to oversee the traditional functions of the information technology department, but will increasingly manage strategic initiatives aimed at guiding KEMBA successfully into the future.

“Every day the work is different,” Blevins said. It’s a challenge and presents the opportunity to create efficiencies to make employees and members lives better through the use of technology,” he continued. “I’m honored to be a part of the executive management team. The dedication of the associates to our members and fellow co-workers is unmatched in my experience.”
