Jay Tkachuk is the new senior vice president of digital services for Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU). In this new role, Tkachuk is responsible for the evolution of the company’s digital ecosystem to achieve member experience and business objectives.
Head of the digital services team since 2013, Jay will now lead all large-scale digital channel initiatives. His responsibilities include formulating and managing the digital roadmap, program delivery and operations of the digital channel, including user experience, functionality, product management and data analysis, as well as championing innovation across the credit union.
“Jay Tkachuk has worked for Security Service for more than a decade. Assuming this new role allows him to closely collaborate with all lines of business to coordinate and further the internal adoption of digital technologies,” said Mike Chapman, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Security Service Federal Credit Union. “He will continue to refine the organization’s best practices to provide our members state of the art services.”
Jay Tkachuk has 16 years of experience, joining the Security Service team in 2008. Earlier in his career he worked for US Global Investors as a Senior e-Commerce/Web Strategist, a Web Analyst for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) and Online Product Support Lead for Apple. He holds an MBA from McCombs School of Business, UT Austin and a BA in Psychology, UT Austin.
