Chartway Credit Union is thrilled to announce Inside Business has awarded it a Top Workplaces 2024 honor after demonstrating its commitment to creating a positive workplace culture for all. It is the sixth consecutive year Chartway has been recognized as a Top Workplace in Hampton Roads.
The Top Workplaces program developed by Energage—an organization that aims to provide resources to leaders to help them build a top workplace—has spent 18 years celebrating and honoring organizations nationwide that put their people first. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected & supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few.
