INOVA Federal Credit Union’s Kendra Morris receives Emerging Leadership Award

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (October 10, 2024) — Kendra Morris of INOVA Federal Credit Union received the 2024 Emerging Leadership Award from the Indiana Credit Union League on October 4 during the Credit Union Awards Celebration, a special event during the League’s annual convention.

Morris, who is Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Learning & Development, came to the credit union in 2013 as a Cash Services Representative and has steadily risen through the ranks during that time. While working her way up at the credit union, she earned her bachelor’s degree at IU South Bend.

In addition to her work at INOVA FCU, Kendra is invested in community and industry development. She is a graduate of the Greater Elkhart Leadership Academy, and she is a board member for the St. Joseph County Chapter of Credit Unions, fostering collaboration among credit unions in the northern part of the state.

The Emerging Leadership Award recognizes the next generation of credit union leaders in Indiana for their accomplishments and for the potential to be an Indiana credit union leader in the future.
