After four decades on another core, IH Credit Union ($370 million in assets; 22,600 members; Springfield, OH) is ready to eliminate the need for workarounds and convert to Corelation’s person-centric KeyStone platform.

You can access any member data with two clicks or less in KeyStone, which is exactly how we envision our core solution working,” shared IH Credit Union CEO Robb White. “KeyStone will enable us to do everything right in the core and eliminate the need to log into multiple systems to access all the capabilities that we need.”
IH Credit Union noted that they will have better connectivity to their third-party vendors via the KeyBridge open API. “Being able to access our vendors directly through the core and being able to see the 360-degree view of the member’s relationship will provide us greater access to information all around,” added IH Credit Union Project Manager Cindy Moeller.
After a year of in-depth reviews, every staff member from frontline member service representatives to executive leadership was in favor of Corelation.

IH Credit Union is scheduled to convert in October 2023.
