Honor Credit Union proudly announces the addition of Mark Hancock as the Regional Manager for Honor’s Midwest Region. Mark will oversee Honor’s Allegan, Kalamazoo’s Connect Center, Kalamazoo’s Stadium Drive, Plainwell, and Portage Member Centers.
Mark joins Honor with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and a robust financial background. His previous roles include serving as AVP/Branch Manager at LAFCU and as Branch Manager at Arbor Financial CU.
Mark is eager to foster the growth and development of member center teams at Honor, emphasizing community support. He expressed, “My goal is to nurture the team’s passion and ensure they feel valued, appreciated, and integral to Honor Credit Union’s long-term success.”
As Regional Manager, he will actively work with the teams to remove barriers while supporting the Member Center Managers and Community Development Officers. He will work closely with the Business Services, Lending, Marketing, and Operations Departments to continue to drive an exceptional member experience while strengthening the credit union’s mission to serve its members where and how they want to be served.
Originally from Mattawan, MI, Mark resides in Delton, MI, with his wife Laurie. They have two daughters, two sons-in-law, a dog, and two cats. Outside of work, Mark enjoys golfing, gardening, spending time on the lake, reading, and passionately follows Detroit sports – Go Lions!
