Greater Nevada members and Reno Aces fans enjoy spring training trip

Four lucky winners and their guests recently returned from a baseball spring training trip in Scottsdale, AZ courtesy of Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) and the Reno Aces. This marked the third year in which GNCU, the title sponsor of Greater Nevada Field, and the Reno Aces, the Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, partnered to give Reno Aces fans and GNCU members the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive baseball trip.

This year’s trip sweepstakes ran the month of January, and winners were selected in February to attend the March 15-17 trip to see the Arizona Diamondbacks in action during Spring Training 2018.  The prize package for each winner included transportation and hotel accommodations for two, game tickets, a VIP tour of Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, and a $100 gift card.

“Baseball fans can appreciate the opportunity to be part of Spring Training and go behind the scenes as players get ready for another season,” said Dean Altus, GNCU EVP and Chief Operating Officer. “Our partners at the Reno Aces make sure that the group experience is just as memorable.”

Altus added that the trip giveaway is one of many special promotions GNCU runs throughout the season in partnership with the Reno Aces. Up next is GNCU’s annual member appreciation day, in which members can enjoy half off game tickets and get the opportunity to throw the first pitch.
