Georgia United Credit Union Announces New Chief Lending Officer joins their Executive Management Team

DULUTH, GA (April 1, 2013) - Georgia United Credit Union is excited to announce an addition to their executive management team,  Wayne Stefanovich has joined Georgia United as Chief Lending Officer (CLO).  Wayne was most recently Chief Credit Officer/SVP with Integrity Bank in Camp Hill, PA.  In that role, Wayne was responsible for achieving loan growth goals, minimizing delinquencies and managing the bank’s commercial loan portfolio. Wayne was also responsible for writing and effectively implementing all loan policies for the bank.  Prior to this position, Wayne performed in several other capacities, such as Market President and Vice President of Commercial Lending for three banks in the Lexington, KY area.  Wayne has also worked with Firstar Bank in Cincinnati, OH as the AVP of Consumer Lending and with CIT Group as the Credit Manager/Consumer Lending where he was responsible for indirect lending of marine, mobile homes and recreational vehicles.  Wayne also worked with Norwest Financial (currently known as Wells Fargo Bank) as the District Manager/Consumer Lending where he supervised all loan decisions for current and potential customers.  In this role, Wayne led branches in the Atlanta and Alabama markets to exceed goals.
